Preparation
Patients must not have taken antibiotics for one month or probiotics for two weeks before giving the sample. Immediately after drawing blood into a yellow-top tube with a vacutainer, gently invert the tube 6 times. After centrifuging within 1 hour, transfer the serum to a secondary tube and send to the laboratory
