As Data Controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the Company will process your personal data by using, recording, storing, updating, transferring and/or classifying it in connection with its business purposes. The Company takes all technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security in order to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data and to ensure its safekeeping.
This notice is addressed to all natural persons other than our company's employees and job applicants.
Personal data processed
First name, last name, Turkish ID number, address, phone number, email address, signature, physical premises/security camera footage, call center/service quality voice recordings, bank account number, cookie records.
Purposes of processing personal data
- Enabling you to benefit from the products and services offered
- Determining and implementing commercial and business strategies
- Conducting marketing activities
- Carrying out business development and planning activities
- Conducting administrative operations related to communication
- Ensuring the physical security and supervision of premises
- Establishing business partner/customer/supplier relationships
- Fulfilling contractual requirements and ensuring financial reconciliation
- Carrying out human resources policies
- Calls to the call center or use of the website
Method of collection and storage
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically, by automated or non-automated means, through offices, branches, the call center, the website, social media channels and mobile applications. The data will be stored in electronic and/or physical environments. The Company implements technical security infrastructure improvements to prevent your data from unauthorized access, manipulation, loss and damage.
The data will be stored and processed for the legally required retention period or, if no such period is prescribed, for as long as the purpose of processing requires. When this period ends, your data will be removed from the Company's data flows by deletion, destruction or anonymization.
Transfer of personal data
Your personal data may be accessed by the following parties within the scope of laws and other legislation:
- Authorized companies and their representatives
- Regulatory and supervisory authorities, public institutions or organizations
- Business partners, supplier and contractor companies, banks, credit risk and financial institutions

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about the processing if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data has been transferred
- To request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request that the correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- To object to an outcome against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
- To request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing
Application
Pursuant to Article 13(1) of the KVKK Law, you may submit your request to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
