What is this test for?
Serves as a CHECK-UP TEST of sorts for understanding the state of the genitourinary microbial environment, whether its balance is healthy or disturbed, and whether treatment or intervention is needed.

Preparation
Being able to run this test on a urine sample is an advantage in terms of ease of collection. In men, do not clean the area before collection, and do not discard the first portion of urine, which represents the urethra.
