What is this test for?
Suspected pheochromocytoma, neuroblastoma, ganglioneuroma, differential diagnosis of hypertension. 24-Hour Urine must be collected into one of the following: 50% acetic acid (25 ml), or alternatively 6M HCl (30 ml) or boric acid (10 g). Urine should be kept cold during collection, and the total collected urine volume must be stated.
